Incorporate loss aversion theory and behavior economics into a digital experience that allows a user to create an excuse as to why they must show up at a specific location at a specific time.

I created this iOS app because I needed an “excuse” to leave the house every morning and start a morning run by 6:30am rain or shine, or or cold. I specifically created this app in order to train for the 2019 New York City marathon.
