My redesign efforts were challenged by legacy technology, inconsistent style sheets & leakage, navigating a highly complex sales/customer support team to get insights, and designing in a sales first organization.

I was responsible for designing and implementing a new design language system, redesigning the following products: executive search, product alerts, health system page, hospital summary page, provider page, metered reporting, territory management, AMA, my profile, and email.
