How does Phil help HCPs, patients, pharmacies and brands? 👇

HCP (Healthcare Provider)

  1. Write a prescription in the EMR using the same process as for all medications.
  2. Select Phil in the pharmacy finder.
  3. Optionally, send the prescription via phone or fax if preferred.
  4. Receive notification from  Phil via fax when prior authorization (PA) forms are ready for review.
  5. Input the required details into CoverMyMeds, assess the information, and submit the PA.
  6. Receive weekly updates on patient status, including outcomes and pending actions.

Patient

  1. Receive a text message from Phil with a link to complete enrollment after the prescription is sent.
  2. Click the link, confirm personal information, and complete enrollment (takes less than 2 minutes).
  3. Choose the prescription delivery option: home delivery or local pharmacy pickup.
  4. Access live or digital support from the Phil team if needed.

Pharmacy

  1. Receive routed prescription from Phil after coverage determination.
  2. Dispense the prescription to the patient based on their chosen delivery method (home delivery or local pickup).

Phil Platform

  1. Receive the prescription from the HCP through EMR, phone, or fax.
  2. Trigger an Eligibility and Benefits Verification
  3. Initiate and pre-populate prior authorization (PA) forms in CoverMyMeds.
  4. Notify the HCP when PA forms are ready for review.
  5. Provide weekly updates to the HCP on patient status.
  6. Route the prescription to a pharmacy within its 50-state network after coverage determination.
  7. Support the patient with live or digital assistance as needed.
